Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Under UK consumer rules, you also have a 14-day cancellation right from the day your order arrives. To start a return or cancellation, please use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as the return address may depend on the product and fulfilment partner.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and include photos where possible. We will help arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked.
