Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your bag and check out using our secure payment page. We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

How do I use the NOOK10 discount code?

Add your items to the bag, then enter NOOK10 at checkout to take 10% off your first order. One use per customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please use our contact form as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 days. Some items ship from overseas fulfilment partners, so the estimate may vary. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details when available.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently focus on UK delivery. International shipping may be considered in the future.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, your tracking link or number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also visit our Track Order page for help.

Returns and Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 30 days for a refund. Under UK consumer rules, you also have a 14-day cancellation right from the day your order arrives. See our full Returns Policy for details.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

Please use our contact form within 30 days and include photos where possible. We will help arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Products

Are your products suitable for renters?

Yes. Many of our products are designed specifically for rented spaces. Look for the 'no-drill' and 'renter-friendly' labels on our product pages.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we are considering it for the future.
